There are about 100 temples in this area “Shita-dera-machi”

It is rear landscape in the world.

You can not visit most temples.

Japanese temple has two types of economic system.

1. Sightseeing Temple

2. The temple has Membership system which name is Danka.

You can not visit Membership system temples.

I will present two temples you can visit in this area.

Shitenoji-Yuhigaoka-mae(Subway Tanimachi line)

This temple’s history started 593 year.

This Pagoda is famous.

Many temples burned down in this area in World War II.

But this Pagoda remained burned.

and the oldest wooden building in Osaka city.

People visit hear and make a wish of matchmaking.

It is unusual tree “Aizen-Katsura-Tree”

The ivy is entwined on the trees.

The sacred tree.

Ohe Shrie

Kiyomizu-dera temple

Here is the only waterfall in Osaka.

After, I recommend go to Yastui-jinja shrine.
