I will intorduce my favorite sweets shop in Kyoto.

Daikokuden-honpo in Rokkaku street (大極殿本舗 六角店)

This sweets shop has a history of about 130 years. This design of building is old Japanese style. Very cool.
There is special sweets , “Kohaku-Nagashi” , that we can not eat in other shops.
It is a beautiful jelly like amber in a glass.

The flavor changes every month.
You can feel the season of Japan.

April : Cherry blossom taste
May : Matcha taste
June : Plum wine taste
July : Peppermint taste
August : Malt syrup and ginger taste
September : Grape taste
October : Chestnuts taste
November : Persimmon taste
December : Brown sugar taste
