My favorite healthy bento shop in a department store near Osaka Station.

Grocery counters in department stores in Japan are very popular. The area is in the basement, so it’s called depa-Chica.
(Depa-chica=department store basement)
The bento shop in the department store basement of the Hankyu Department Store near Osaka Station is my favorite.

I’m health conscious, so I’m careful about my diet.
I usually cook meals at home, but when I’m busy, I buy side dishes or bento to go home. The picture below is my usual dinner.
My diet mainly consists of vegetables, fish and tofu products. Western food and Chinese food are also served in Japanese home meals, but I often make Japanese food because they have low calories. When I eat rice, it’s brown rice.

You choose one main dish and two side dishes, and white or brown rice. I chose fried horse mackerel, boiled pumpkin, fruit salad and brown rice. When I travel, I lacking fiber. It is a recommended food for travelers.
