投稿日:2017年12月19日 更新日:

  • I started at 8:30 in the morning from the hotel by car.
I arrived at the car parking area Kumano Hongu Shrine at 9:30.

目次

I went to Hosshinmon-oji by bus

and walked back to Hongu Shrine by walk.
But the bus came at 10:10, so I had time to visit Oyunohara.

And if you visit Kumano Hongu Heritage Center,
you can get some maps about this area.

Oyunohara

When you arrive at the Kumano Hongu Shrine area,

you can see the Huge Torii gate.

(Height of about 34 m, width of about 42 m)

The forest behind this tori gate is called Oyunohara.

It is where the gods came down to this place.

About 128 years ago, there was Kumano Hongu shrine.

Kumano Hongu shrine suffered

serious damage from floods.

And the shrine moved about 500m.

Now here is a famous power spot.

I went to Kumano Hongu bus stop.

The bus came soon.

I took the bus for about 15 minutes.

Arrival at Hosshinmon-oji bus stop.

I started walking.
